Interleaving the practices is a way of working out the exercises, problems, or past examination tests "in a mixed sequence" rather than in the "massed" form [1].
Research shows the superiority of interleaved practices over massed practices.
In this video, I talk about the experiments underscoring this superiority and how students and all those eager to learn new skills can use this idea in science practically.
