Just to clarify the forms of government in this video:
Commune - decisions are made by the people themselves which means there is no 'single leader', everyone in the society debates and votes on issue by issue.
Chiefdom - Society based on Kinship, formal leadership is monopolized by the legitimate senior members of select families or 'houses'. These elites form a political-ideological aristocracy.
Military Dictatorship - The dictator is a highly ranked military officer and the military has complete control over political authority.
