How do you do this without making all DHCP static? Is there a way to set it to automatically add a queue to each user that connects to the DHCP much like in the same way when you set rate limits for hotspot users?

The problem is that sometimes when someone try to connect to the hotspot with a voucher, the webpage display nomore ip available.... Something like this. Please help me resolve this. I don't have many costomers but i lost the few that i have because of that

One of the major drawbacks to using dhcp based queues, if the client changes to a static IP using the dhcp assigned address once the lease expires the queue goes away leaving the client without any form of rate control.
