Woohoo time for another No Repeat HIIT Workout team!! No repeats means we are only performing each HIIT exercise one time so make each move count! At the end of the HIIT circuit we will fire up the core with a no repeat ab workout. Get ready to sweat!

Breakdown: 1 no repeat HIIT circuit 45s work + 15 sec rest
1 no repeat Ab circuit 30s work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Had 2 days off to let my muscles recover but then really struggled to get myself going this morning. Started off a bit wobbly but in the end I got it done. I do love no repeats. They go by so fast.

Wk8 D2 done! So far this is my favorite. I was gonna skip it today and do calendar then i saw its no repeat and decided to do it. And not really disappointed it was awesome although its 40 min. Long, longer than any workout but i nailed it. Thanks again Heather for NO REPEATs love it!!!

I had to stop working out for about three weeks due to a combination of not feeling too well and actually being exhausted.. very annoyed as I was doing so well. Today, I’ll pick up from where I left it three weeks ago. Hopefully, I’ll manage to get through all the exercises.. I’ll probably have to take more rest in between.

Holy Brutal!! lol I made it and I loved the new moves you through in there. I actually surprise myself some days when I can perform a certain exercise with better form and confidence... thank you for your generosity, experience and wisdom.
