Woohoo time for another No Repeat HIIT Workout team!! No repeats means we are only performing each HIIT exercise one time so make each move count! At the end of the HIIT circuit we will fire up the core with a no repeat ab workout. Get ready to sweat!
Breakdown: 1 no repeat HIIT circuit 45s work + 15 sec rest
1 no repeat Ab circuit 30s work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!
