GUYS, this is actually crazy, BUT my friend and I may have met this guy a couple of years ago(?). we're not from russia, but we are from another russian-speaking country. I'm not sure if it was him specifically, because I don’t really remember his face, maybe it was some other similar freak, BUT the story is this:
my friend and I were walking around the city on a summer evening, we were just passing by the park when some similar foreigner approached us, his english was bad, so we did not immediately understand what he wanted from us, but soon we thought he wanted us to take a photo of him ALONE, but it turned out he wanted us to take a photo WITH him, we were completely confused, so our brains did not work and it was all so spontaneous, so we could not understand what was happening and adequately react to the situation. after a couple of photos he also offered us to kiss(?). as far as I remember, he even offered us money for this (?), because he repeated “kiss kiss money” several times (?). well after such an offer we were of course in complete shock, said no and quickly left, then still thinking about what it was and why he needed photos with us, and he definitely didn't ask us anything about publishing these photos, we don't know why he needed them...

I'm not exactly sure of all the details, because it was a long time ago, but in general it was something like this. I completely forgot about this situation, but when I saw some of these photos where he is snuggling with girls who look like they don't even know him, I immediately remembered this feeling and this situation. I'm in shock. (and we were minors btw)
I'll ask my friend if she remembers something about this later

ps: btw I didn't find his photos with us in his account, he probably didn't like them, thank god

I met someone from Mexico almost exactly like this but without the visa thing lol. A lot of it was him surrounding himself with girls who had low self esteem/was feeling lonely and love-bombing them or making them feel sorry for him until one stuck. But he also ended up SAing one of my female friends... Scary world. Hope these women are okay.
