Biden Pledges to Support Ukraine “as Long as It Takes”

President Joe Biden said the United States would support Ukraine "as long as it takes" at a NATO summit that saw the alliance boost its defense of Ukraine, form a new strategic policy to counter threats from China, and bring two new members into the 30-strong group. VOA White House correspondent Anita Powell reports from Madrid.
