I think you’re getting more minerals and vitamins than clean or dirty water. That glacial water has been through rocks and natural filters and additives. Normal drinking water or filtered water is added with fluoride instead 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

It still needs to be filtered it has harmful bacteria in it that you wouldn’t be used to.
