Great vision AWS 💜. This initiative is what the current times demand. Hope we can achieve the goal. And wish everyone working on it all the best.

Maybe an innovative OptimumAirCon technology currently under development at Northumbria University (UK) can help supporting the AWS agenda of 'using less water for cooling purpose' at Data centre operations. Our EcoTech can provide air-cooling of 20-25 degree Celsius (without refrigerant use) and energy consumption saving of 40-50% lesser than conventional coolers. Higher the outdoor temperature, better the technology performance. Happy to connect and share further info (via direct messaging).
