Yvan & Nick walk you through how you can safely wash your vehicle anywhere using DIY Detail's Rinsless Wash! They also walk you through how to clean a wheel using All Clean, our all purpose cleaner.

Shop Rinseless Wash:

Rinseless wash utilizes new technology and emulsifiers and polymers to lift dirt and debris away from the surface without scratches.
Directions:

Hand Washing:
Add 1 oz of Rinseless wash to 2 gallons of water in a bucket. Soak a plush wash mitt or towel in the bucket and wash one section at a time using straight lines until clean. Dry panel using a clean plush microfiber towel.

Foam Cannon:
Add 4-5 ounces to your foam gun/cannon and fill with water. Spray car, then use a wash mitt soaked in a rinseless solution bucket and clean in straight lines.

For best results, apply to a semi-clean cool surface.

But why wasn't the red or black sponge used? Yvan has been on video many times explaining why you shouldn't use wash mitt or microfiber towels when doing a rinseless.

We can really scratch our cars during the drying process. I learnt this very late only after I started to watch detailing videos.
When the car is squeaky clean, there is going to be a lot of friction between the car paint and the drying towel during the drying process. The idea is to have a super smooth surface during drying. Less friction, less swirls.

Ivan great video on the rinseless wash but I'm curious what brand and model truck were you demonstrated on. Couldn't see any markings on that vehicle. Not sure if it was a Dodge

Really looks amazing and the science seems to stack up but the car was pretty clean to start with but I am still tempted to try it out. I am still a Wax guy and change the wax frequently so no Si02 for my car but it has a place on my sons car which I see only twice a year and all summer so it needs full protection while looking good. My new i-Pace is Metallic Corris Grey so it is close to that colour so I hope I can recreate that pop on my car. Thanks guys.

Hi Yvan. Is it 2 capfuls of Rinseless Wash per gallon of water or 1 capful? I assume this is an old video and dilution ratio has changed since then. Or the cap has become bigger :)

In the video, Yvan says the dilution ratio should be 1 oz. per gallon of water, but the product website says 1 oz. per 2 gallons of water. Which is correct?

This stuff is so good I put it in my bathtub same dilution ratio. I Just get in rub everything with ultrablack sponge get out and towel. Less than 5 minutes

is it ok if more product is used. In some cases if you just fill the bucket up roughly to 3 gallons and then do a rough pour. If its slightly more product will that affect anything?
