The pressure is mostly artificial due to poor decisions by shitty boss/management.

Thank you so much, I am in a lot of stress from my job working odd hours everyday. We have a small traditional business run by my aging father, which does not pay as much as my job, but he always wanted me to get a job just because my cousins were going to a job. This video gives me a lot of confidence, and something to lean on in case I loose my job. It makes me wonder, why I did not get into my family business in the first place!

Happened with me. Quitting now. Worked for 10.5 years in bank. Total burnout, total health upset. Almost bedridden. No use of anything I learnt here. I need a long break. Later I have to find something else. I don't know what to do.?

Thanks for this video. I had faced each and every situation being in an MNC and have taken the hit myself. Today, I feel all those struggles are meaningless.
End of the day nobody can be blamed.
My suggestion to everyone is, even if you face all those struggles be it due to politics etc. - you please don't get involved in these mind games yourself. Always remember, there is someone smarter than you waiting for your downfall. Always play the game fair and square.

Keep Everything Simple !

Wake up early in the morning, do any kind of exercise, give your full efforts and concentration for 9hrs of work without wasting too much time on coffee break and social media.
Have a good diet and avoid smoking.

People just blaming on work and IT jobs but not their daily activities and habits.

I went through this and had even taken it to Manager and even up to director in verbal but they started much more brutal torcher and had to resign to that org, but the happiest part while i was in that org was resigning itself, I was more happier while I resigned than the time I accepted their offer.

I've seen some HR in my past experience where they would be in favour of company & they would hardly be in the favour of the employee side. I'm glad that you've highlighted other side of the company nature 😅

Thanks for making this video. I have seen people burn out and then judge for their performance

Meetings and call consume our unnecessary time and we have to work extra to compensate that time.

Varsha always come up with a great content. In general, employees are always in negotiation mode ie they don't set any strong boundaries because they have fear of either losing job or promotion and due to excessive loans, family responsibilities such fears are natural. They couldn't set black and white boundaries and hence unknowingly become part of toxic ecosystem which leads to bad health.
Best solution is always have sufficient back up funds, upskilling and keep on switching every 2 years so that you can work & grow in your career in your own terms and conditions 😊

Burned out after working for 5 months and quitting the job after 9 months (4 months training included) from top IT firm in India. Lot of thoughts running in my mind like whether am I fit for IT sector(academic background is mechanical engineering)? Should I move to my core field? Or should complete my masters? Whole lot of doubts about my future. These all are building anxiety and depression.

You've highlighted the essentials exceptionally well. The guidance you've provided is invaluable and precisely what's required for the current operational methods within any organization.
Thank you so much!!! 🙏

Very well said, I have seen a ton of people making these mistakes. A second source of income is so important these days that people need to foster a spirit of entrepreneurship just to be able to survive.
