This reminds me one of my friend was telling me that her relatives used to say to her father that she is dark skinned so they must save money for her wedding, later she became a doctor and the same relatives were telling her to do their treatment for free, But my friend jokingly told them, nahi mujhe to apne Shaadi k liye paise save karna hai na, Mai free treatment nahi Kar sakti Mai Kali hi na😂

I am also a dark skinned person but I think when someone calls us dark then it's our fault to overthink and undermine ourselves, becoz when someone calls you dark you should accept it with a sense of pride, cause its a quality of yours, just like some people are white, some are pinkish, we are dark!!!!
