If she does not return it in the condition you sent it in, you should contact Poshmark and let them know. I agree with you; you cannot buy something, alter it, then send it back because the alteration is not the way you wish it was.... ugh. Sorry you are going through this, but thank you for having such a positive outlook on it!

Woo great sales. Goodwills in Charlotte NC ok depending which ones you got to. The Estate sales are much more expensive😢. No returns on an altered piece she could have messed it up removing the other piece.

The Goodwills in Arizona go thru the donations in the back and list all the High End items on their online store or they will put it out on the floor and mark it up to online resale prices or higher. Occasionally they miss something but it’s not often. Even the Estate Sake Company’s mark things High. That’s why I source retail arbitrage, Garage sales and Buy Sale Trade store sales. I still shop at GW once a week and find a few items they missed. In AZ you can sign up for a monthly 20% off coupon if you spend at least $20. It’s good all month as many times as you want to use it. Tuesday is Senior day 25% off. They also have 50% off certain color tag days. So happy to see you selling your jewelry haul. Thanks for sharing💓

I personally love selling on eBay. I do Poshmark as well but Poshmark is more work for less return for me, anyways. I'm going to work on posting better, more profitable items on each platform. I'm loving your videos, they never get boring because the things you sell are unique!

Amy, eBay can seem intimidating, but I don’t accept returns (and luckily never had a not as described return which is allowed per EBay). I have never lost $ on shipping, but I only sell things I can be pretty sure on postage, but I’m in the middle of the US so don’t ship coast to coast. However, if you can ship items in a padded flat rate envelope (most shoes, clothing even belts fit), the rate I pay is $8.99 from an eBay label so I pass that discount on to buyers. Retail is about $10.60 I believe. Most jeans can actually ship in flat rate envelope for $7.99. Just reinforce with tape. Never had a problem. Your posh return is pretty shady. Shouldn’t be allowed.

Hi Amy. I am also not too happy with Posh lately. I sold an olive green top, clearly showing it is olive green. This lady open a case up on me saying it was gray. It definitely was not gray. Posh approved it. I was a bit upset over this. Posh said it was the color. I am starting to believe that posh is starting to side with the customers like eBay always does. I think posh is changing. I don’t believe the lady should had been able to return your item especially if she altered it. Can you state that the item was not returned in the condition you sent it in?
