The Record: CC played 28 minutes and scored 21 points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals. She shot 6 of 15 from the floor and 5 of 13 from beyond the arc. The WNBA members evidently did not ever watch Catlin Clark, or read about her. Catlin Clark has been in training for the WNBA since she was in Second Grade. One of her videos shows the goals she listed on lavender construction paper in her handwriting when she was in the Second Grade.

She’s nearly impossible to guard because she is a great dribbler with either hand but her shot is so very quick. She shoots as soon as she stops dribbling, (sometimes without stopping), while the defender is still trying to change directions.
