In my opinion Arya has to go through the most.
I'll explain a few reasons why...
(cough, cough spoilers possibly)

For starters, no one is looking for her cuz they think she's dead, but even so we don't see any scene specifically showing someone being sad over her supposed death. She almost gets killed time and time again. She sees Robb as his headless corpse is walked through the city. She has no one consistent to fall back to, she is lonely. She is struck down again and again. But she always gets back up.

okay so i've watched this video at least 20+ times because i cannot get over how PERFECT it is.  this song fits the starklings so well and the editing is superb.  i think my favorite part is when it shows arya and sansa during the "do you still believe in love i wonder." part because their relationship kills me.
one of my favorite got videos ever, and definitely the best House Stark one.
