Pull out animation is the most important thing about a knife, so over time people figured out the best knives through that, they played with multiple, and learnt what was actually good. For me m9 is the goat

The best knife are shadow daggers, unique colours on their grips unlock a lot of combo variations esp doppler phases, which are not very expensive, also shadow daggers hide scratches on the gloves, and vey have 8 different attack anims, and they look sick, the best knife ever

The ursus knife is the best budget knife, it isn't the sexiest but it's switch animation is very satisfying just like these three
