So the surpreme court of the United States took a case from a "web designer" who refused to make a "website" for a "gay couple". The person bringing the lawsuit was not a web designer, was not asked to make any website, and there was no couple. The surpreme court ruled 6-3 in favor of a hypothetical that brought no facts and had no standing. The courtroom you are looking for is Surpreme.

I always found that to be one of the most curious parts of the whole Jesus myth. You have this amazing magic guy who could multiply food, heal the sick and the blind, walk on water then change a glass of it to wine. A guy that was crucified and then rose from the dead.

But nobody thought to write anything down for another 25 years after he died.

In the modern world, the ideal courtroom is a place where the evidence must meet a high bar to be admissible. 'Hearsay' is not admissible evidence.

To God, not believing the right bits of hearsay (which is indistinguishable from all the non-right bits of hearsay out there) is a failing so terrible you deserve nothing less than an eternity of painful torment for it.

My father is a lawyer, and many of his friends are both lawyers and devout Christians. I have to wonder how many of them actually stop to think how weak the case for their faith would come across if brought before an impartial judge.
