Pet rats are super clean, we had 19 in total over the years, and they tend to wash all of the time, especially after you have touched them, they are like, ‘Yuk, my hoomun toucheded me, Must Get Clean’. But I wouldn’t want one touching my food the same amount as a hoomun. x

Take that back Paul, rats are actually very clean animals. I have had 3 of them and they are always grooming themselves. They are also super smart and affectionate (a bit annoyed that there are 3 mice emojis and no rat ones 😤)
