Nice review!
It's interesting that there are several games having similar mechanics and kind of belonging to the same "filler game" category. You mentioned some; I would add Cartographers as a valid alternative, last year's runner up for Kennerspiel des Jahres. The scoring mechanism is basically the same thing, each kind of structure / animal can score differently to give it variety. And then you are basically also trying to arrange structures in a way that scores most points. It's nice to have choices to suit your gaming group's particular taste, though in this case Cascadia apparently costs two or three times as much in comparison to the alternatives, so ... yeah.

Btw: Maybe "Best Filler Games" or "Best Short Games" might be an idea for a future video, a very important category I would say. :-]
