User Manager is RADIUS server implementation in RouterOS which provides centralized user authentication and authorization to a certain service. Having a central user database allows better track of system users and customers. It supports many different authentication methods including PAP, CHAP, MS-CHAP, MS-CHAPv2, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS and EAP-PEAP. In RouterOS, DHCP, Dot1x, Hotspot, IPsec, PPP, Wireless are features that benefit from User Manager the most. Each user can see their account statistics and manage available profiles using WEB interface. Additionally, users are able to buy their own data plans (profiles) using the most popular payment gateway - PayPal, making it a great system for service providers. Customized reports can be generated to ease processing by billing department. User Manager works according to RADIUS standard defined in RFC2865 and RFC3579.
If you are already running RouterOS, upgrading to the latest version can be done by clicking on "Check For Updates" in QuickSet or System Packages menu in WebFig or WinBox. See the documentation for more information about upgrading and release types.
The automatic upgrade feature connects to the MikroTik download servers, and checks if there is a new RouterOS version for your device. If yes, a changelog is displayed, and Upgrade button is shown. Clicking the upgrade button, software packages are automatically downloaded, and device will be rebooted. Even if you have a custom set of packages installed, only the correct packages will be downloaded

i set up shared users as 1 when i created users. I changed "overide users " to unlimited when i created profile. Users are getting "no more sessions for tbis user" in older version, you will created shared jsers in winbox and add it as an address pool when creating limitation.what is the new method for version 7

I am using mikrotik RB2011 with RouterOS v7
In there usermanger when I make a user for 180MB then its going unlimited.
I give 1920614400bytes for 180MB in limitation but it's going unlimited.
Can you explain the problem.
Please help

Hello dear sir

This is my great problem that when I give 180MB data to a user then its going unlimited.not only my speed is unlimited

But also my data transfer limit is going unlimited.

Look at the picture carefuly I give 931135488 bytes for 888MB but it's going unlimited.

I'm using RouterOS v7.7

And I also tried v7.6

In both versions it's going unlimited.

I will send supout.rif file and picture.

Please help 🥺
