Cost umbrella moments is true… I love being cocooned whilst walking in the rain… the top down shots are a great perspective Liam - literally changing your focus in a novel and creative way 🎉😮💙

Best recent photo moment — shot a festival of India event. Lots of candid shots of young dancers being prepped/groomed by anxious parents. Human nature. Cheers!

Revisiting this video as I live in rainy Seattle and want to go snap some photos this weekend haha

Hope you're well! Thanks for the video.

I think new photographers would benefit from experimenting with different perspectives. Get low, get high. Shoot through things. Use different perspectives to include different contexts in the scene.

I think for most of us, our favorite recent photography experience was the incredible auroras that were visible almost everywhere. Besides that, we vacationed in Hawaii a few months ago, and got some nice shots there.

Love a good rainy day photo walk. My struggles still are around editing and deciding which was I should go. I flip between too many styles. MY most recent favourite photo moment was going down the Mornington Peninsula and even though I didn't get the sunrise I wanted still got some good shots ands and finding some great locations to go back to. Still a success in my books.

Thanks for this insight into rainy photography. I will have to give it a go here in Perth. Perhaps you can make a video about how you approach brands about doing photography for them or market places /events/concerts to do photography for them. Great seeing you back as always Liam.

Hey, Nice video as always. I like the change of pace on you channel, as well as some topics which might help others.
I had one Camera almost die on me when it was bukketing outside. luckily it dried all up and i got the moisture out completely.

My recent moments in photography are LARPing conventions, which are great as well for all kinds of skill levels, because oll of the members there enjoy good photos of themselves. its like streetphotography in medival settings, but you have consent from all of them

Great video, man! I really missed your content. One of my struggles is going out to create alone. I have so many ideas, but it's really hard for me to start creating them. I really loved one photoshoot that I did with one of my friend.

The favourite shoot I had was in the rain in Shibuya, Tokyo. I could have shot all night if we had the time

Just an idea here, but what about doing photo / insta grid review or critique if you're interested in teaching? I personally cannot point out a particular struggle with my photography because I don't know what it is. I just haven't been liking my recent photos as much and feel like my skills have stagnated, but don't exactly know what I can do to grow to the next level since it's hard to pinpoint a problem which you might be able to.

What camera and lens did you use to record yourself in the talking head? It looks so good, must be an FX camera or a7siii or something, my 250d just sucks and can't even shoot log, I just wanna know about a good cheap video (preferably hybrid) camera, uhm yeah so for video or shoots, I think that would be the FX30. Uhmm I really want the A7iv with a 24-70 but it's still expensive, well gotta earn and buy it one day I guess, and yeah nice video :)

Shot an entire rugby game in the rain with no protection for my camera and even let it hang on the side as I was walking around getting shots. Canon 1DX with 70-200 F4 IS L. Not a single problem with it. Went to the bar afterwards and put on the pancake 40mm and the 1DX was still clicking away. Still works without any issues. It is a tank! Just wanted to share my experience with shooting in the rain. Anyway, enjoyed the video. Cheers!!!

Does your camera still work? My struggles with photography are a) the weather. It's always sunny and hot in Greece, b) although I have been shooting since 2009, I feel like my framing hasn't change and overall I haven't improved. I shoot in the same way, if that makes any sense. Best recent photo moment was of a beautiful cloudy sunset.

I found a place that give me some henry cartier bresson vibes. I was too slow. To be able to set a longer exposure.
