I've been working for Starbucks for a year and they've been finally letting me on bar every now and then for bar practice I work at a large one so there's usually no time for practice because we're always busy plus when I started we were short staffed for a while but I'm not that comfortable at bar sure I know the drinks but when it gets so busy during a peak I lose focus and control I do fine at other positions but our bar is wild at peaks and I honestly feel and know I'm not a good bar partner because of my speed but I wanna get out of drive thru most of my shifts are ALWAYS drive thru sure I'll get lucky sometimes and do other things but most of the time while doin other positions I'm asked can I go to drive thru new partners are comfortable because they got a lot of practice soon after they were hired which doesn't make it better for me cause they put the strongest partners on bar I want to stay but honestly I'm just burnt out and see no point in staying if I can't bar correctly

Alot of these kids nowadays are sheltered and spoiled then when they step out into the real world life is complicated that part of growing was not the simplest things is complicated to them ones especially under the age of never waste my oxygen giving advice to em 🤯
