Although I've been listening to this song since I was younger, and I liked it. When I learned the story behind this song, it became more meaningful and touching. I'm gay and been in love with several straight friends as I grow and mature. I had no courage to tell them how I feel because I was scared of losing close friends, so I'd endured heartbreaks. Now, I reached this stage where I developed fear of falling in love again. This song... reminds me of those feelings
