The quantum of power Hans Landa had playing with Gorlomi, Deccoco and Magheriti in this scene is obscene. Christopher Waltz truly is a genius of an actor. He is the most memorable actor from this movie, for me at least.

The very nature of buongiorno meaning good morning subtly adds to the hilarity of this scene. If anything he should have said buonasera meaning good evening, probably too informal to say ciao though given the circumstance. Brad Pitt's confidence and delivery without even the hint of a dialect left me in real stiches, and Christoph Waltz' charisma throughout the farce was an absolute joy to watch. As evidenced from the opening scene Hans Landa likes thoroughly play with his food before viciously devouring it.
