Japanese-Italian Food in Tokyo

This isn't some michelean star Italian restaurant, it's a standard chain restaurant that a lot of Japanese people frequent; sorta like Olive Garden or Bertucci's.

Here in Greece we only use olive oil for cooking. It is the best. A divine gift if you will.

I can't have straight Olive Oil because it's either too intense or too mild, it needs to have some kind of herb mix in it to be really amazing, then it becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

Every country changes the way Italian food is prepare to please their customers. In Ecuador they add ham to almost everything italian . Pizza with ham, lasagna with ham it is crazy and kind of bad. I dont like it. Oh well....
