Warlord keeps putting out amazing games!

I've added steel washers to the bottom of the flight bases held in place by neodymium magnets. I find the basic models/stands to be so lightweight as to be too easy to nudge during play. The extra weight settles them down quite a bit!

BRS is a great game, Warlord should push it more

This game so needs foam smoke markers for hit planes that can go on wings/tails/stands!

@15:18 it was not a valid shot while both planes had the same advantage level. Also you had so many opportunities for tailing with the 180° burn advantage option, which was missed several times.

I'll be trying out the Combined Arms game as a boardgame next club meet, interested to see how it plays.
Maybe it'll generate some interest in some of the Warlord Games systems I have forces for.

I've got the Deep Cut aerial mat (farmlands) and it's a blast to play BRS on!

Aircraft don't move when they overlap, I think. The 'offending' aircraft must stop short (or long) if it can, else it goes just long but doesn't get a Pilot action as it 'overshoots' (so it can't fire, maneuver or climb that turn). Also you can only shoot at an aircraft at a lower advantage state (unless responding to being shot at head on).
ETA - Sorry, not meaning to be a nitpicker, I'm just boning up on rules because I'm running BRS at a con next weekend!

the mat so busy very hard to see actual planes

at 14:06 both planes with advantage shoot at each other... Was this a mistake? because rules state that you have to be at a higher advantage to be able to shoot. Or was this allowed because it was head on?
