I want to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the way you handled the case of the woman who appeared before you for her traffic violations. It was remarkable to see how, instead of simply enforcing the fines in a cold and strict manner, you showed empathy and understanding by listening to her personal situation. I was deeply moved when she offered to pay $100 a month, and you, with such kindness and consideration, decided to reduce it to $50, knowing her financial situation didn’t allow for more. This shows a level of humanity and a sense of justice that is rarely seen.

Judges like you are what we need here in Germany as well. Here, sanctions are often applied without asking, without listening to the individual’s circumstances, and that creates a sense of harshness, especially for those going through financial difficulties. There’s no compassion, and that affects us greatly. For any infraction, no matter if a person can afford it or not, you receive a letter with a hefty fine, without the opportunity to explain anything.

I truly wish the judicial system in Germany would learn from you, as you show that justice can go hand in hand with empathy and respect for people. Your attitude is an example of what it really means to serve the public with humanity.

Me gusta la actitud del juez con la chica, es muy dulce la chica y la veo que tiene intención de hacer las cosas bien.
Así que yo le daría otra oportunidad, todos cometemos errores y la chica a mostrado una actitud muy humilde y creo que merece una oportunidad para cambiar.

que ABSURDO tenia mas tickets que dias tiene la semana y su multa son solo $500 le sale mas barato acumular en lo futuro multas que obedecer las Reglas que todos Los demas si obedecen. y este juez hace uso indebido de las sentencias solo para ganar reputacion en las redes sociales.

Si, muy bonito y todo, pero gracias a esa flexibilidad es que los infractores vuelven a infringir la ley. Les sale fácil salir de los problemas.
