Scale won't fix your broken ecom profit margins!

Do not fall into this trap.

1. The margin on your products is not what you plan to sell it for, it's what you actually sell it for.

2. Do not accept a low margin with the hope that scale will fix it. Scale does not fix your poor margin.

Get real with your numbers. Get them strong, know them inside out, and your business will change.
