I don't want to talk about technique right now, because there are virtuoso artists who don't evoke anything in me. But Melanie's playing was so beautiful, she felt the soul of the melody so deeply that I was moved to tears, even though I regularly listen to this piece performed by the composer. Through her, I was in awe of the divine nature of human creation.

Hallo Melanie, das ist wunderschön, wie du die Stücke von Mark spielst. Spiele den Solopart von Going Home auf der Strat, aber so alleine mit all den schnellen Akkordwechseln, und in dieser Leichtigkeit, kann ich nur sagen: WOW, grosse Klasse. Dito Private Investigation, bis zu deiner Aufnahme hätte ich nie gedacht, dass man das solo machen kann. Einfach nur toll. Mach weiter so!
