A lady at the flea market last weekend had a bunch of really nice 1964 Kennedy halves for $9 each. I bought all ten of them.

I remember a guy a few years back who found a very heavy metal ammo can in a junk pile on a sidewalk. He took it home, opened it and found it stuffed with old gold coins of different nationalities and values. I believed all were assessed together at about $10 mil.

I recently came across a local estate sale that had almost $100 fv of 90% mainly mercury dimes, walker halves, and standing quarters. Talked him down to 18x for me purchasing the entire lot, the other fellas standing around wanted some too and were little irritated I bought it all out haha

I found a mason jar of old silver on the corner of an outhouse metal detecting about 6 years ago. No gold but plenty of quarters, dime's and half's as well as a few circulated Morgan dollars.
