I feel like a lot of the producers that work with Le serrafim are mainly trying to make trendy music which could be why so many songs sound like other popular artists. I wish they'd diversify their producers. Like imagine how good a song could be with a specialized producer instead of someone imitating the styles of others

While I'm not going to specifically comment on the plagiarism accusations, I do think their company specifically giving them songs that sound really close to other popular "TikTok" songs to try and force a viral hit feels very... Soulless. Obviously songs in the same genre sound the same in general, but EP&TBW to my knowledge wasn't CREATED to sound like specifically another popular song at the time and it went crazy viral, same for Antifragile... I wish they'd just give them music they thought fit their concept than trying to manufacture most TikTok friendly sound they can possibly come up with.

From my perspective, water and smart do not sound similar. As an avid Amapiano listener from South Africa, the two song do not sound similar. Water and Smart aren’t even the most intense Amapiano songs lol, they sound generic and I love listening to both those songs and their respective artists.
