Naz amazing video as always! I think after doing my PHD on YouTube videos of Maylasia I have come to the conclusion that Airbb is the best option for me! It gives me flexibility of living at a place 1 to 2 weeks at a time! For me MM2H doesn’t make sense because I will leave in 89 days and than go to Thailand and chill there for 2-3 months and than back to the USA! Again that’s just me.

Can’t wait to join the KLCC country club and golf course and cigar Gentleman’s room at the hotel.

Do you know if there is a secondary market for forest city or is it somehow monopolized via the developer? At least mm2h seem to force members to buy through the developer...

Looks like we do have the final say regarding MM2H. Forest City is the only developer that is approved for the SEZ-MM2H. Having said that Can you provide insights on what has been sold, what is available, how has the pricing graph been since the launch of the project and if the secondary market is actually much more discounted than the developer price.

Forest City is lousy for investment. Rental yields cannot even cover the costs of owning.
As owner subsidises tenant in Forest City. Rent first. And if the lack of facilities and amenities and transportation does not deter, go ahead and buy a unit that can only be sold to foreigners unless willing to take a huge loss.

Whole point of Johor and its development, especially around Iskandar area and even Forest City is proximity to Singapore and the growth of the Singapore Iskandar, Johor Bahru special economic zone so much so you can bet your bottom dollar that’s gonna be a spill over effect in terms of the traffic from Singapore raising prices sky high. So whatever you’re enjoying right now may be short-lived. Enjoy the current lull.

What percentage of the units are occupied? Once the forest city becomes busy, parking will become a nightmare, and is there enough public transportation (integration, frequency, fair etc). Also I do not see much diversity in forest city.

Buying property in Malaysia is already risky, buying in Forest City increases that risk, particularly at these prices.
