‘Entitled’ Prince Andrew issued a new ultimatum over Royal Lodge

‘To Di For’ podcast host Kinsey Schofield has commented on the latest Royal Lodge feud as the deadline looms for “entitled” Prince Andrew to pay for repairs or face immediate eviction.

It comes following reports the Royal Family has threatened to give the Duke of York the boot from his Royal Lodge if he fails to cough up over £2 million in repair costs.

"I think ultimately the King promised his mother that he would take care of his younger brother but you know Andrew is a waste of resources," Ms Schofield told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

"Andrew's entitled and he's contributing nothing and I don't think that the King wants to be seen as somebody that's entertaining that.

Prince Andrew and fergie did have the money to do the necessary repairs to royal lodge but they chose to spend it on a house in Mayfair. How dare they feel entitled to anything. Andrew is not very bright, he has no skills, no talents and this means he isn’t capable of making a living for himself. He should think himself lucky to be offered frogmore cottage. In the real world he couldn’t afford a house like that.

If part of the deal was keeping Royal Lodge in good repair and Andrew has failed to do so, then surely that voids the contract. Does entitled Andrew think that he can leave it all to Charles and there will be no consequences? Andrew is no different from his nephew - grown men scrounging off a wealthier relation. Both need to stand on their own two feet. At least Charles made Harry do that after Megxit. Her Majesty, the Queen appears to have failed to make Andrew responsible for his own poor decision making.
