Redfin Associate Agent: Pay Structure Explained!

There is a lot of confusion regarding how Redfin Associate agents get paid! In this video I hope to clearly break down how the Redfin agent pay structure works! I discuss how much money agents make working for Redfin, how much money agents make hosting open houses and showing homes, and whether I think it is worth it to become a Redfin Associate Agent in 2023.

Met.a couple of these agents. When its good can pick up $1k a week working 30hrs. When its bad, slow, cancels, etc.you make $300 a week for 15hrs.

Ok, so brand new agent, need to learn. Redfin was pitched to me as a good place to learn and wet my feet, but you make it sound like this would just have me mindlessly opening doors and not learning a damn thing other than how to talk about what type of finishes a particular property may have. On top of that, I am brand new, so not planning to leave my current job. Would only be able to open my schedule like you said “couple evenings a week, and a weekend day” so would you say, not the right place for me?
