I remember it as if it were yesterday. I was 17 years old, and I was facing problems at home, guys at school beating me up, enduring psychological torture at home.

Until I decided to change everything. I joined a martial arts academy, connected with my inner self, stood up to the school bullies, faced the problems at home, and one day, I remember grabbing my bike and riding out in the rain and cold, but with my headphones playing this song. I can't describe to this day what was that, everything flashing in my mind like a movie —the fights, sleepless nights —all of it was there in that moment, the rain, the cold, the adrenaline. And here I am, 20 years later, still listening to it and feeling the same sensations. Music has always been, is, and will always be my gateway to places that nothing else can take me.

I read this book 3 or maybe 4 years ago and I searched and watched a few scenes of the movie as well. It was the time when I recently fell in love with reading. When I heard this song and read the book again, man, it still hits hard!

Unlike 007 and Mission Impossible where their theme is at the opening. Bourne's signature is at the end because unlike the 2, it's not being flashy or showing off, it's one's journey and struggle through the predicament.
