I added another 250 shares of MPW this week as it looks like all of their Steward problems have been resolved and the business will start growing again very soon.
For reference take a look at MPW back in 2009 and how quickly they rebounded.
I agree though, that this stock is not for everyone, but those with a strong stomach should do well as commercial real estate properties for hospitals are assets that continuously growing in value.
