it's weird that why do people who ever created this emergency alert, why this creepy sound?! One time I jumped out of fear when I had an emergency alert. And then, IT CAME WHILE I WAS USING PHONE!!! I leaped and laughed because how I jumped like a scared cat. I also was about to die from fear I think?
