How do you use this outside? Does it have some sort of rechargeable battery?

Wish it had higher settings then 45 watt. 50/75/100 watt settings would’ve been an unique selling point. 45 watt takes too long to notice the heat from the 12v blankets I’ve already used but are ok setting once they warm up. But having 100watt would’ve brought up the heat a lot quicker and you could then extend run time in a lower setting. If you ever make a higher wattage 12v blanket I’ll be buying
