Oh my gosh it actually worked what you gotta do is soft reset your phone and when it comes back on turn on rotation turn off data turn on wifi and turn off Bluetooth wait a few then go into the app it should take a while to open it actually worked

but try enter the game and play it, i think you couldnt do that because that is just the first phase of you can get through the black and white screen for ip7plus user, wait till you have downloaded everything, and you were under strong wifi connection and trying to play this game, goodluck, i bet you wont start any progress yet

It works for my ipad 6. Graphic is flawless, performance is good tbh. But crashes after like 20+ minutes of gameplay. I have a gaming rig, but i really wanted to play this game in ipad because its portability 😭

Definitely works! It will show up with a white screen, just wait a little bit and it will load. I don't know why the game doesn't just autorotate though.

hmm it works actually, i have iphone7splus and ios14. if you have widgets just remove it and rotate it before going to the app and wait.. thats what i did

I really need help. I really wanna play Genshin impact and I have full WiFi network and when I go in the game it says Network Error and I keep redownloading it and my network irl is fine but it keeps saying network error every time I go in game I can’t even play it but I don’t have crashing.

Mine won’t turn itself on the home screen, and when I do manage to turn it inside the game it doesn’t work
