Well, what a nice balancing act.

A classic song that ... no, it's not really a song, its something else. Its a mood, an emotion, that grabs you, takes hold of that human, overpowering love - not so much sexual love, but being in LOVE love, that we all experience - even if unrequited and unknown. All the tragedies, the what-ifs, are in this song. You cannot really hear this song without being taken back to high school, the slow dance, the girl in your arms somehow seems different than you ever thought of her before.

The musical aspect of this is very nice - not bending it to the current trend of excessive warbling at the end of every note. Restrained. This song has to be so damn soft, so delicate, it EASES into every chord or note.

But the video - those men - I really see this an an ode to masculinity, in its dying embers, en route to cultural extinction...
