My son got married in the month of December 2024. We organised a Kerala Style Sadhya served on the banana leaf for our guests. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. In today's video I am sharing the recipe of Pineapple Pachadi which was one of the items served on the banana leaf. I am sure you will definitely try this recipe and share your feedback with us. Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh pineapple cut into cubes
1 small Elaichi Banana
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Jaggery powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup water
1 cup whisked / beaten curd

For grinding :

1 cup fresh grated coconut
3 to 4 spicy green chillies
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 to 3 tbsp water for grinding and 2 to 3 tbsp more of water to add to the pachadi

For tempering

1/2 tbsp coconut oil
5 to 6 curry leaves
2 broken red chillies
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
