We see a few days during the summer of 120 to 124 every year. Then it shortly cools back down to a comfortable 116. I guess that's why they call it the desert.

It is the summer and it is a hot one. Check cycles for seasonal changes. This is nothing out of the ordinary. Old news reports show same temperatures but reported in green instead of scary red if you go back and check them. This is fear mongering. Just be safe and do not let yourself over heat. Stay well hydrated. Be well and prepared is all.

We're at a solar maximum. The reason we've had unusual northern lights this year from being bombarded by flares, also represents more output from the sun. Stop pedaling fear and panic.
