SnS+Wand doesn't have stuns though, which is a problem for PVE because as the tank you are expected to take care of the required stuns, unless it's a premade party where you have a dps take care of said stuns. Therefore SnS/GS is kinda required, and only if you have someone else take care of the stuns can you go Wand and Tome.
