Tom another great video just love it as I just got home from volunteering at the hospital and was cleaning while listing to you and today I come face with a moment of choice where one of the patiences of the psychiatrist I shadow was in the bathroom and she was crying and saying she want to commit suicide and that moment I put my learn skills to the test as I saw she was holding a small blade on her hand so I started to relate to her while keeping myself calm and in the moment and started to reflect on her feelings and relating to her in a way that it was not judgmental but supported by keeping her talking and listening to the point of me being able to bring her out the bathroom and to the Dr. Office where he had a patience but I decided to interrupted and explain and she was then taken care of by the Doctor but man and I was told I did what it was needed to be done so I felt good not for me but for the skills I obtain so far so yeah even though I was scare I tool charge so yes making choices is not easy at times but needed to be done :)
