There's a plant based restaurant called Vanderlyle in Cambridge (UK) which is amazing. They do not just serve vegetable dishes but also create plant based copies of meat dishes like foie gras and you can't tell the difference.
They serve wine but also have a selection of kombuchas created in house to go with each dish. Remarkable.
I bet it's just as good for a third of the price of this one and no stars - yet (Cambridge and NYC prices are comparable for upscale food).

It’s nice seeing a vegan restaurant being vegan not for the sake of being vegan but for the sake of celebrating vegetables and what they are I love fish cheese eggs beef chicken and most people do and vegetables often get forgotten but they shouldn’t be they often get left as something to compliment the dish instead of the main part and it’s impressive seeing a restaurant purely rely on what most people consider the sidekicks of food

Please go to this restaurant if you can it's actually incredibly 🔥. The service was really really amazing and the food is impeccable. The chef even came out, walked up to almost ever table to chat about the food. Really a great place.
