The L’Oréal UNESCO For Women in Science program was launched 25+ years ago to advance women in STEM careers. Why are initiatives like this still necessary? What holds out hope, and what limits progress? Looking towards a digital future, how can we do more to ensure that digital innovation is firmly for women and by women as equally as for and by men?
