Nothing is total digital dentistry.
Analogue or manual waxup is not making garbage of printing resin, in the time one scans a model on lab scanner or oral scanner, one can waxup manually without investing thousands of dollars in high end computer, 3d printer, 3d printing resin, and of course lots of time using it, cleaning it with chemicals which is hazardous and environmentally unacceptable.
Why dentist do not want to keep the cost minimum for patient. Because the whole world is making trillions from the money of patients, the customers. And trillions can be saved on unnecessary procedure.
May all use their common sense and save trillions of public money.
