BMW E36 325i Raw Intake Sound

Installed a short ram open pod filter into my E36 325i Manual. The induction noise when WOT is significantly louder and it is a pleasure to drive with it. The engine is a M52B25 with M50 manifold. Exhaust is stock factory.

Nice one bro, but you need to fab an enclosure, so that you avoid sucking in hot air..even a simple aluminium plate bent into a shape of a box with an open top...will help you loads

I drilled out my high beam on my e36 and cut a pvc pipe to fit into it, added a screen in the back end to prevent and debris getting sucked in also installed a mishimoto intake boot and powerstack filter with a extension to get it further away from motor and closer to custom headlight air duct

it sounds terrific 👌 but you need to insrall a flexible rubber tube to extend the intake so the filter is collecting cold air and so it doesnt lose power, if the tube is not long enough it loses power, maybe try putting back the part of the airbox that drives the cold air into the engine bay so it directs the air towards the air filter

This is how a BMW should sound like. Those exhaust rattle fanboys are no better than Honda ricers... This is pure engine sound. Quiet when off gas, melodic when on... Just keep in mind, as long as you don't get it remapped, this will be slightly slower than factory. It messes up the Fuel Air Ratio. But a proper remap from a shop, not a friend. Then it will be even faster!

I believe your car is a 323i since it's on M52B25. Not the 325i. There's a difference as the 325i comes with the cast-iron engine block and only the M50B25 engines. Whereas, the 323i comes with the updated and newer aluminium engine block. You should take note of your terms in the video, otherwise it'll cause confusion towards your audience. However your driving's good, love how the M52 pulls.
