Combine Multiple Revit Models Link Revit Models

How to add multiple Revit models in to the same project. We call this 'linking' Revit models.

Can I use Revit 2019 for the 3 models, or is it necessary to use revit arch. for arch model, revit struc for struc model, etc. ?

Hello, what can I do if the buildings (context) that I've linked to a central site, has turned out to be non clickable, and as well as non moveable? It's like they were locked in there even though I didn't do anything. I hope there's a solution to that. Thank you!
