Takis: Gong / Documenta 14 Kassel

The Greek artist Takis (Panagiotis Vasilakis, born 1925 in Athens, Greece) is one of the artists featured in Documenta 14 Kassel. He's known for is sculptures, performances and kinetic artworks. He already participated in Documenta 4 (1968) and documenta 6 (1977). The piece on display at the Fridericianum in Kassel is called Gong.
