The trouble with the m8 was not the car. The trouble was that it was mostly a slightly upgraded m6, that was later called m8 and thus had a massive price increase. However, since then, every other car like the SL, 911 all had ridiculous price increase and all of a sudden, the m8 price seems more “reasonable”
